Return & Exchange Policy
At Orlisse, we carefully inspect every order before shipping to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Customers are required to inspect their order upon delivery while the courier is present.
If the customer receives:
- An incorrect item.
- A damaged item.
- A defective item.
- A missing item.
- Any discrepancy with the order.
The issue must be reported immediately before the courier leaves.
Once the order has been received and accepted by the customer and the courier has left the delivery location, Orlisse will not be responsible for any claims related to incorrect items, missing products, damages, defects, or order discrepancies.
By accepting the order, the customer confirms that the received items match the order and are in satisfactory condition.
Please note that returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available after the order has been accepted and the courier has left.
