Warranty Policy

Orlisse offers a one-year warranty on all stainless steel jewelry against manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.

The warranty covers

• Manufacturing defects.
• Material-related issues affecting the functionality or integrity of the product.

The warranty does not cover

• Damage caused by misuse or accidents.
• Scratches resulting from normal wear.
• Improper storage.
• Exposure to chemicals or cleaning products.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Normal wear and tear over time.

Gold-plated jewelry

Gold-plated jewelry requires special care and is not covered under the one-year stainless steel warranty.

To preserve the appearance of gold-plated pieces, avoid direct contact with perfumes, body sprays, lotions, cosmetics, cleaning products, chlorine, seawater, excessive moisture, and prolonged water exposure.

Fading, discoloration, or peeling of gold plating resulting from regular use or improper care is considered normal wear and is not covered under warranty.
